Jon Bradley

Vice President International Sales

jon bradley

Jon brings over 20 years of international sales experience in telecoms. He previously led EMEA and Asia Pacific sales at EXFO where he helped grow the company into a major industry force. His approach is driven by understanding the detailed needs of customers and defining solutions that meet and exceed their expectations. Jon has a PhD from Northumbria University and a BSc from Durham University.

Francisco Costa

Senior Field Engineer


In 2013 Francisco joined as a Field Engineer. Bringing 20 years of technical experience to the business, he is responsible for customer training, and managing the repairs and upgrade of field hardware. He works directly with some of our leading customers, is classified as our hardware go-to and has seen it all (as they say!). In early 2017, Francisco added system testing to his role.

Bo Peng

Technical Services Manager

Bo Peng

Bo joined CRFS in the summer of 2014 and leads technical services from the Cambridge office. He acts as a technical interface to customers and provides all levels of support on CRFS hardware, software and systems.

Bo received a BSc from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, and his MPhil and Ph.D from the University of Leeds in Electronic and Electrical Engineering in 2006 and 2010, respectively.

Malcolm Sellars

Senior Product Manager


Malcolm is responsible for Product Management engaging with customers to understand their problems and translate these into CRFS features and products. Prior to CRFS, Malcolm worked in product management teams at ip.access, Sub10 Systems / Fastback, Motorola / Cambium, to name a few. He holds a PhD in Wireless Communications (University of Cambridge), and MSc / BSc in Electrical Engineering (UCT, South Africa).

Filip Zganec

International Sales Manager - Regulatory

Filip Zganec

Filip joined CRFS as Regulatory Sales Manager in 2014. He has 15+ years experience in the RF field, allowing him to work with regulatory customers to understand their spectrum monitoring and geolocation needs. Prior to CRFS, Filip spent seven years at Croatian regulator HAKOM.

He has a Master of Electrical Engineering degree, specialising in Radio communications, from the University of Zagreb.

Dave Robertson

International Sales Manager - Defence & Security

Dave Robertson

Dave joined CRFS in the summer of 2017 and is responsible for the company’s International Defence and Security sales outside the United States. With 25+ years’ experience in this sector, both as a customer and supplier, he has focused on the delivery of key communications capabilities to meet customer needs.

Dave has an MBA from the Open University, he is also a Chartered Engineer.

Kerry Mertz

International Partner Manager


Kerry joined in early 2014, bringing 25+ years' experience working within the technology sector. She is the International Partner Manager for the RoW regions, tasked with management of the Partner/VAR/OEM and Distributor channels and key end-user/ customer accounts, with a significant focus in China.

Amy O'Connor

Marketing Manager


Amy joined CRFS mid 2017 and looks after Marketing. With 15 years of marketing experience she has spent the last eight years in business to business (B2B) marketing for high growth, global technology companies.

Amy has a Master of Arts degree in Marketing Communications from University of Greenwich, and a Liberal Arts degree from University of Southern Maine.

North America

Marty Mosier

General Manager, CRFS Inc.

Regional Sales Manager, North America


Marty heads up CRFS's US operation. He has 25+ years of experience, including senior positions in the development of electronic warfare systems, unmanned aerial systems and satellite launch vehicles. Most recently Marty was Site Manager for X-COM Systems, a manufacturer of RF signal recording equipment. Marty has a Master of Science in Management from University of Southern California and BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.

Kile Casey

Inside Sales Manager, FSO


Kile joined CRFS in Summer 2016, and is based in the US office looking after prospects and customers on agreements, renewals, export and deliveries. Kile will work closely with customers around the importing of their purchased products, and ensure order delivery for hardware exported.
